1המחויבות שלנו

אנחנו רואים בנגישות חלק מהשירות. אנו פועלים כדי שכל אחד, כולל אנשים עם מוגבלות, יוכל להשתמש באתר AlphaTrader, לקרוא את המידע על הקרנות ולבצע פעולות באופן עצמאי, בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות ולתקנות הנגישות לשירות.

2רמת הנגישות והתקן

אנו פועלים לעמוד בדרישות התקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 ברמה AA, המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.0/2.1 של ארגון W3C. האתר עדיין אינו עומד בכל הדרישות, ואנו ממשיכים לשפר אותו. לא בוצעה עד כה בדיקה של גורם חיצוני מוסמך.

3התאמות הנגישות באתר

• קישור "דילוג לתוכן" בתחילת כל עמוד, הנגיש מהמקלדת.
• מסגרת מיקוד בולטת על קישורים, כפתורים ושדות בעת ניווט במקלדת.
• תפריט הניווט, כולל תפריט הקרנות ותפריט הנייד, פועל במקלדת (Tab, Enter ורווח).
• שפת העמוד וכיווניותו מוגדרות לכל שפה: עברית מימין לשמאל, אנגלית משמאל לימין.
• שמות נגישים לכפתורים שמוצג בהם סמל בלבד (למשל החלפת ערכת הצבעים) ולשדות התאריך במוניטור.
• שיפור ניגודיות: טקסט משני, בערכה הכהה ובבהירה, וכפתור ההחלה במוניטור עומדים ביחס של 4.5:1 לפחות מול הרקע.
• כיבוד הגדרת המערכת "הפחתת תנועה": אנימציות ומעברים נעצרים, והפס הצהוב המהבהב בעמוד עומק השוק מוצג קבוע.
• תפריט נגישות בכל עמוד: גודל גופן, ניגודיות גבוהה, הדגשת קישורים, עצירת אנימציות, מרווח שורות, גופן ידידותי לדיסלקציה, סמן מוגדל והדגשת מיקוד. הבחירות נשמרות במכשיר.
• בעמוד עומק השוק: בחירת קצב עדכון לספרים, מזמן אמת ועד פעם בדקה (גם בתפריט הנגישות), וכפתור השהיה. עם "הפחתת תנועה" או "עצירת אנימציות" ברירת המחדל היא עדכון כל 5 שניות.
• פריסה רספונסיבית ללא גלילה אופקית ברוחב טלפון (390 פיקסלים) ובמחשב.
• ערכת צבעים כהה ובהירה, לבחירת המשתמש.

4מה בדקנו

בדיקה פנימית, ב-18 באוקטובר 2026, של עמוד הבית, עמודי הקרנות (למשל ATO455 ו-ATOX), האזור האישי, המוניטור ועמוד זה, בעברית ובאנגלית, ברוחב מחשב וברוחב טלפון:

• הגדרת שפה וכיווניות לעמוד.
• שם נגיש לכל כפתור, קישור ושדה גלוי.
• טקסט חלופי לתמונות.
• ניגודיות הטקסט מול הרקע.
• היעדר גלילה אופקית.
• הגעה לקישורים ולתפריטים במקש Tab.
• בעמוד עומק השוק: שהתצוגה מתעדכנת לפי הקצב שנבחר ונעצרת בהשהיה, שהבחירה נשמרת ומשותפת עם תפריט הנגישות, ושהכפתורים נגישים ב-Tab וב-Enter.

טרם נערכה בדיקה עם קוראי מסך ועם משתמשים עם מוגבלות.

5מגבלות ידועות

• גרפים: גרף הנרות בעמודי הקרנות מצויר על canvas, והגרפים במוניטור ובעמוד עומק השוק הם גרפים חזותיים. קורא מסך אינו יכול לקרוא אותם, והמידע שבהם אינו זמין במלואו כטקסט. הנתונים העיקריים (מחיר יחידה, שינוי, שווי) מוצגים גם כטקסט ליד הגרף.
• חלונות הארנק: החיבור, האישור והחתימה נעשים בחלון של תוסף הארנק (צד שלישי), שאינו בשליטתנו ועשוי שלא להיות נגיש במלואו.
• עמוד עומק השוק מתעדכן כל שנייה ומציג מידע צפוף. קורא מסך עלול להתקשות לעקוב אחריו.
• טבלאות רחבות נגללות אופקית בתוך המסגרת שלהן בטלפון.
• בערכה הבהירה, חלק מהמספרים הצבעוניים (שינויים בירוק ובאדום) וחלק מהקישורים הכחולים בניגודיות נמוכה מ-4.5:1. הערכה הכהה וטקסט רגיל אינם מושפעים.
• חלק מהמונחים המקצועיים מופיעים באנגלית גם בעמודים בעברית.

6תאימות לדפדפנים ולטכנולוגיות מסייעות

האתר נבדק בגרסה עדכנית של Chrome, במחשב ובהדמיית טלפון. הוא בנוי בתקני HTML ו-CSS ומיועד לעבוד בגרסות העדכניות של Chrome, Edge, Firefox ו-Safari, במחשב ובנייד, וכן עם הגדלת מסך והגדלת גופן בדפדפן. טרם בדקנו באופן שיטתי קוראי מסך כגון NVDA, JAWS ו-VoiceOver.

7דיווח על בעיית נגישות

נתקלתם בקושי? נשמח לדעת ולתקן. כדאי לציין בפנייה:

• הדפדפן והמכשיר, והטכנולוגיה המסייעת אם יש.

1Our commitment

We see accessibility as part of the service. We work so that everyone, including people with disabilities, can use the AlphaTrader site, read the information about the funds and act on their own, in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Act and its service accessibility regulations.

2Level and standard

We work to comply with Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, which is based on the W3C WCAG 2.0/2.1 guidelines. The site does not yet meet every requirement, and we keep improving it. No review by an external certified auditor has been carried out so far.

3Adjustments on the site

• A "Skip to content" link at the start of every page, reachable from the keyboard.
• A clearly visible focus outline on links, buttons and fields when navigating by keyboard.
• The navigation bar, including the funds menu and the mobile menu, works from the keyboard (Tab, Enter and Space).
• Page language and direction are set per language: Hebrew right-to-left, English left-to-right.
• Accessible names on icon-only buttons (such as the theme switch) and on the date fields of the monitor.
• Improved contrast: secondary text, in both the dark and the light theme, and the Apply button on the monitor reach at least 4.5:1 against the background.
• The system "reduce motion" setting is respected: animations and transitions stop, and the flashing amber band on the order-book page is shown steady.
• An accessibility menu on every page: font size, high contrast, underlined links, stop animations, line spacing, a dyslexia-friendly font, a large cursor and a focus highlight. Your choices are saved on your device.
• On the market-depth page: a book update-rate control, from live to once a minute (also in the accessibility menu), and a pause button. With "reduce motion" or "stop animations" on, the default is every 5 seconds.
• A responsive layout with no horizontal scrolling at phone width (390 px) and on desktop.
• A dark and a light theme, at your choice.

4What we checked

An internal check, on 18 October 2026, of the home page, the fund pages (for example ATO455 and ATOX), the personal area, the monitor and this page, in Hebrew and English, at desktop and phone width:

• Page language and direction.
• An accessible name on every visible button, link and field.
• Text alternatives for images.
• Text contrast against the background.
• No horizontal scrolling.
• Links and menus reachable with the Tab key.
• On the market-depth page: the display repaints at the chosen rate and stops when paused, the choice is saved and shared with the accessibility menu, and the controls work with Tab and Enter.

Testing with screen readers and with users with disabilities has not been done yet.

5Known limitations

• Charts: the candlestick chart on the fund pages is drawn on a canvas, and the charts on the monitor and the order-book page are visual graphics. A screen reader cannot read them, and their information is not fully available as text. The key figures (unit price, change, value) are also shown as text next to the chart.
• Wallet windows: connecting, approving and signing happen in the wallet extension's own window (a third party), which we do not control and which may not be fully accessible.
• The order-book page refreshes every second and is dense. A screen reader may find it hard to follow.
• Wide tables scroll sideways inside their own frame on phones.
• In the light theme, some colored figures (green and red changes) and some blue links have a contrast below 4.5:1. The dark theme and regular text are not affected.
• Some technical terms appear in English on the Hebrew pages as well.

6Browser and assistive-technology support

The site was checked in a current version of Chrome, on desktop and in phone emulation. It is built on standard HTML and CSS and is meant to work in current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop and mobile, and with browser zoom and text enlargement. We have not yet systematically tested screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver.
